This just arrived yesterday and I was quite impressed with several quality features. The removable hood has hidden Velcro tabs inside the collar that hold the hood-tabs away from face when not using. When hood is removed, the zipper is hidden and held in place with narrow strips of Velcro, making the collar lay flat. The front zipper has a little triangle of fold-over of lining fabric to keep the top of the zippered collar off my neck. And the inside pockets! They are huge – and on both sides. Generous enough to fit an iPad, or a book. Outside pockets have zips, too. I like the hidden waist-cinching feature for a flattering fit. I feel the coat is just a wee bit oversized and I am glad for it as I can wear sweaters and cardigans under the coat and still get it zipped comfortably. And I love the length, it covers my bum for extra warmth and wind protection. I cannot judge the waterproofness as it hasn’t rained but I’m sure it will top notch feature, too.

Nice autumn and winter jacket, runs a bit on the big size
The jacket is reasonably smart looking, though not what you’d call dressy. Still, it can go ok with a casual dress. The hood easily comes off, for a nicer look, too.Also, cinching the waist looks a bit more stylish.For me it is warm enough for a winter coat, as long as I wear it with warm winter shirts and sweaters, and I like that it’s not bulky. It’s definitely a good windbreaker.I bought XL and had to return it—too big, so I ordered large which fits fine. I’m 5”5 and weigh 179.The double zippers are a great touch, the inside and outside zippered pockets are generous. I do wish it had an upper zippered pocket on the chest, but unfortunately it doesn’t.The only annoying thing is the oddly made HOOD which slides down over my eyes, so I have to keep pulling it back. But I will say it fits tightly, and really keeps the wind out and your head warm.Overall it’s a very good all-around jacket, and I give it 8 out of 10.

Fit and quality is good.
Nice fit. Like the wind resistance, material quality and style. It’s light weight and the zipper can be used from the from the bottom when sitting.

Kept me warm, dry, and safe!
I really liked this coat for my trip to PNW. It rained quite a bit, sometimes a drizzle, sometimes pretty heavy. I was dry the whole time. The hood was generous sized to keep my head dry as well. The inside lining is sewn like a pocket and I do believe that saved me from a mugging in Seattle. I put my essentials in those inside pockets instead of carrying my purse so I had nothing to rip off of me with my jacket zipped closed when this lady and 2 men tried to close in on me! Anyways! It held up to the beach and the rainforest. The outside zipper pockets were big enough for my large phone. Also the lining was enough to keep me warm in 40 to 60 degree weather. This is important to me because I get cold easily due to an autoimmune disorder. I am kind of between xl and XXL size and the XXL size allowed me to wear a thick sweatshirt layer underneath it, which I didn’t end up needing to do, but it was an option with the fit. I recommend this raincoat. I’d try other items from this brand too.

Fit is true to size. Well made with lots of little extras that make a difference! Removable hood, Velcro at wrists, zipper hood so it doesn’t scratch your neck,hood can be tightened if it’s windy, double zipper so it can be unzipped a bit at the bottom if needed. Pretty colour! Warm fleece on inside of jacket. I will be able to wear this Spring, Fall and most days in the Winter!I recommend.😊

This is a thin lightweight jacket with a light fuzzy lining inside. It seems like it would be perfect as-is for chilly autumn/spring weather, or with additional layer(s) underneath for cold winter weather (grab 1 size up if you want to layer comfortably). Build quality seems very good upon initial inspection – it looks well put together and seems like it’s durable.I prefer thinner & lighter jackets rather than thick, puffy, heavy or bulky jackets, and I am ok with layering up as such. I bought size 2XL/XXL (normally wear size XL) so it would be roomy enough for layering and it was the perfect size for such. Put it to the test today when I had to go outside for a bit, the temperature out there was around 10°F. I wore one of my thicker WindRiver zippered sweater/hoodies underneath this jacket. Didn’t feel the cold, maybe only the slightest hint of an occasional chill but nothing unbearable. Definitely did need the sweater underneath in this case, probably would have been a bit chilly with just the jacket as-is – but technically probably would have been fine if I were just quickly getting out of the car and into a store right away but otherwise I recommend layering up underneath this jacket if you are needing to stand outside in the cold Canadian winter weather for more than 5 minutes.That said, if you are like me and prefer to carry/wear a lighter, less bulky jacket and don’t mind layering up as needed, this jacket will be perfect for your needs.
