Good for scooping cream from jars and mixing cosmetics
This set of ten different colored spatulas can be used as makeup scoops and mixing spatulas. They are lightweight plastic with a tapered edge and are just under 5″ long. They’re made in China.Every time I took face cream or body butter from a jar using my fingers, I was concerned that I was transferring some germs into the cosmetic. I decided to order this set of spatulas so that I no longer risked contaminating my cosmetics. They are lightweight, and I can scrape the spatula along the top of the jar contents to remove the desired amount and then transfer it to my palm to spread on my face or body. I can also use them to mix face masks or other face care preparations. They are simple to wash clean and reuse. According to the product page, they can also be used to apply the cream or mask to my skin. But I’m not comfortable doing this. Although the spatulas are flexible, the scoop part is tapered to a thin edge that is slightly rough and could cut my skin. So I prefer using them as scoops and mixers rather than as applicators.The price is very reasonable for ten spatulas. Recommended as a versatile skin care tool.
