If you have been looking for an anxiety ring, you should definitely consider this one! I love it! Even when I forget to wear it I’m reaching for it. It is adjustable which at first I did not like but as a woman in her forties where my weight can’t stabilize itself, I love it now and it is not cheap looking!

Cute ring but I wouldn’t buy again.
This ring is okay. I loved the anxiety part, but it is resizable and the back kept getting caught on things- enough to where I ended up taking it off. I wanted to love this ring – I liked the color and the make but it just ended up not working out. I will need to buy one that is fitted.

Sneaky fidget, not perfect but it does the job!
The good: This ring is a different fidget that offers some variety between rolling the beads and sliding them. Cute and subtle! I wear it on my pointer and use my thumb to fidget and it’s barely noticeable. Also love the Adjustable size! So helpful for different levels of hydration days.Not so good: This material is not the strongest. The ring can get dinged up. It’ll still function though. The beads can pinch if you’re sliding them and the ring is on snug.

Would have gave 2 stars and would leave 0 if possible. Broke the 3rd day of having it. Cheaply made. The comfort was awful. Would be too tight or too loose.Don’t waste your money
