Comfortable and relieved my pain almost immediately.
This back brace arrived just over an hour ago, and I’m sitting here writing this review with no pain and finally happy to have relief from my back pain. Over the last several days, my lower back pain has been getting worse, and sitting for even short periods of time has become extremely uncomfortable. My back pain is so bad that it causes my left leg to hurt. After seeing so many positive reviews, I ordered one of these. It is extremely easy to apply, and I really like that. It has the second set of adjustable stretch, bands built into it. This allows it to fit my extremely large frame, and for me to adjust the tightness to be just right. It only took a couple minutes with this one and my back pain was extremely low. Just a few more minutes later in my back pain completely went away. It’s fairly easy to move and bend with this line, and it doesn’t flip up or come undone. Is comfortable enough that I can wear it all day, and tomorrow will be my first full day wearing it. If you have lower back pain, this highly adjustable and comfortable back brace is an excellent option to relieve pain without resorting to medication’s. Highly recommended!

Worth it!
Absolutely love! It’s a wonderful lower back brace with medium stretchy but sturdy material and has what seems to be hard plastic boning in the back for extra support, meanwhile correcting posture issues. This is only mean to support or brace your lower back. Easy mobility and doesn’t lose its support. This is extremely common with other brands and different back braces. This ones support surprised me. There is even an elastic waist band with Velcro to hold it firmly in place and adjust to your body measurements or comfort level. It has very firm or sticky Velcro. I got my hair and a lace shirt stuck on it a few times. It is relatively easy to use because it has easy take off and put on access. Though as I said the Velcro is very firm or sticky and peeling it back is difficult. It’s a little bulky as well in the back but not too noticeable. It thins and shapes the waist. I’d say overall wearing it over a shirt at home or under your clothes at work, is a perfect use for this lower back brace.My back has really needed this!

How to adjust fit for more support in ( esp for a woman )
I have mild scoliosis. The first time I put this on ( its my first) I knew it was helping me. But kept having some discomfort in my spine, not feeling fully supported. Finally I figured out to angle the additional straps up, this gives my ribcage more support up which is what I needed. Works beat if I stretch my back, like by hanging on a pull up bar, and then put the brace on right away, feels so good

Easy to adjust
The brace is fairly easy to adjust. It’s somewhat bulky so not all of my clothes fit over it. I don’t wish to wear it on the outside because it’s not very attractive. It seems to work but I’ve only had it for a short time.
