Excellent product, get this over the smaller ones.
Originally I got the 24″ one but ended up returning and getting this bigger one. Totally worth it.It outputs a very decent amount of heat and you can control the levels (up to 6) and set the timer in 30 min increments. I personally use it at 5th level and between 30-60 mins. FYI, for me it was not really recommended by the doctor to use it more than 30 mins. It shut off automatically after the set timer.Don’t know about the long term durability yet, but I’ve had it for 2 months now and going strong.5 stars.

This is the best heating pad I’ve ever had. It’s larger than regular heating pads and is plastic so I don’t have to worry about it eventually cracking.

Good Buy for the Money
Works really well. I had it on my lap covering my knees. It was so comfortable and soothing and I fell asleep.while watching TV. I woke up an hour later and the unit was shut off automatically. This is an excellent safety feature. I bought a different brand. a week earlier and it did not shut off automatically. In fact it was too hot to touch. On another occasion, it got overheated after 10 minutes. I return that one immediately. I highly recommend this unit.

junk will not last long
junk do not buy .have had two both quit working4-6 months after getting .not first time have had this happen with things bought from china. lights started flashing and will not heat anymore. have tryed every thing they tell you to no help

Too hot to handle!
Ugh…yeap…it is actually too hot to handle!I love the size, look and feel, plus the timer and heat options.Unfortunately, I can only use 1-2 of the lowest setting for a short time. The lowest is almost too hot to handle very low. The hotter ones are too much and the hottest when left on for very long feels like it could burn you.I really wish the heat was cut down by 50% so I had a lower range of options.Beware if you need to have the pad on for hours as you might not be able to handle it.

Great value for money,provides great heat and coverage for entire back.I don’t put past number 3 setting or it is too hot for me.Does automatically shut off,pain relief for achy muscles,very functional and has multiple timers.Would highly recommend

Good product: Size, ease of use (controls, length of cord, size of pad, material of pad; heats up/cools down quickly, max of 120 min of heat before auto shut off. Matieral is soft and attractive. Best heating pad ever.I was concerned when it arrived with all the use cautions–Does this have a bad track record?–but it appears the manufacturer just lawyered the heck out of it. I mean, sure, follow the safety rules/cautions, but this works as advertised–so far. Especially happy there is no annoying velcro strap permanently sewn in. I ordered a second one: one for the bedroom, one for the tv room.
