Worst hair tool I have purchased!
I have owned T-3 hair dryers and was very happy with them so I purchased this flat iron in September 2024 for $150. Unfortunately it stopped working in less than 4 months! It will not go past the lowest heat setting . I reached out to customer service over a week ago, they told me to submit a warranty claim and I have not heard back. It’s frustrating to spend so much on a hair tool and it not work in such a short time. I regret this purchase and should’ve went with the GHD iron which I previously had and lasted for years! Stay away from this, it’s a piece of junk. I have to spend money purchasing a new flat iron because they are not responsive with correcting this issue and the product is under warranty.

Heat Settings Are Difficult
I think the flat iron works well but it’s incredibly difficult to change the heat setting. I curl my hair on a temperature that’s too hot because I can’t remember how to turn the flat iron down smh. Even when I pull out the directions it takes me a couple of tries to adjust the temperature.

Heats up really fast, has different heat settings (low heat for fine hair, high heat for thick hair etc). Figuring out the settings is not intuitive – keep the instructions in the box or give it a google

This is probably one of my favourite straighteners. I use it for curling and straightening. It doesn’t cause fly aways, it makes your hair smooth and soft. My daughter also uses it and loves it.
