  1. Chron’s Life

    Amazing Crohn’s diaper cover!
Ever since I was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease I’ve had to wear adult diapers(which are an unfortunate necessity). Ever since my diagnosis I’ve been searching for a product that would help my diaper stay secure while moving around. Unfortunately the latex ones are disposable and squeeze too tight in areas that shouldn’t be squeezed for any man wanting to have children. My wife suggested I try some full brief panties. I was very apprehensive and embarrassed at the mention from my wife that I wear panties(I had a tough time conceptualizing them). With the constant threat in my life of having horrible accidents I told her I was willing to try anything that might help. So, she got me the right size that would fit securely over my diaper and help keep everything in place. After many years of occasional accidents I decided I had nothing more to lose so I decided to take her advice and tried a pair on and I must say I was pleasantly surprised or as surprised as I could feel considering my situation. It was amazing how much of a difference they made. They fit nice and snug and definitely help keep everything in place and have already prevented 2 leaks that definitely would’ve happened had I not been wearing them. They are also extremely comfortable and soft. Way better than the disposable latex ones they sell on all incontinent product websites. I know this could be difficult for some people to accept but if you’re in a situation that requires adult diapers and are having problems with them fitting right don’t let your embarrassment keep you suffering from leaks. Trust me, up until 3 days ago, I would’ve never even considered these underwear as an option but now that they’ve been proven to work I couldn’t imagine living without them. They do such an amazing job of keeping everything in place and preventing leaks without unbearably squeezing the diaper so tightly! I will never go back to the latex disposable ones ever again. Not to mention the amount of money that’ll be saved. If one pair of these last longer than a week then they will have paid for themselves. Anyone out there that suffers incontinence from Crohn’s should definitely consider what I’m saying. I know it sounds ridiculous but please just trust me. I was diagnosed in 2013 and have suffered from horrible side effects since then and these underwear have definitely made me realize something valuable in my life. It’s harder to deal with constant leaks/messes than it is to deal with having to wear these over the diaper. I’m definitely grateful that my wife helped me with this and has always been very helpful with my medical problems and I’m forever grateful for her! She’s the reason I’m still alive and fighting! Also, I truly hope that this review I’m leaving will help someone out there that’s suffering and feels alone. You’re not alone! Also, never ever feel embarrassed about what a disease may force your life to become. It’s out of our control and was never chosen. So, there shouldn’t be any bad feelings about having to use these products. Especially if it improves the quality of your life. So, this review is an attempt, in this horrible Crohn’s adventure, to try and remove some of the stigma associated with adult diapers and no longer feel bad/embarrassed for the products my disease requires. I know I didn’t choose this and all I can do is live my best life and that’s what I’m going to do and I’m grateful there are a plethora of products to help me deal with these unfortunate circumstances. We don’t get to choose our challenges in life but we do get to choose our reaction to those challenges. ✌️Update: Nearly 3 months in and I can never imagine going back. I’m also able to say(for the time since my diagnosis)not a single diaper has failed me. These underwear are tight where they need to be and stretch to shape perfectly over my diaper without allowing the leg gatherers to stretch and be a point of failure and also without tightly compressing my crotch. I’m making another order of these to ensure I’m set for years to come!🤞I’m truly blown away and grateful that these exist!💯

    Quality product.
The panties mold to my form. They are not baggy, so I would have to say the sizing is right on mark.

    The search is over …..
Continually looking for proper fitting, long-lasting full-size underwear for a slim-build is a life-long task. Finally, these Vanity Fair “Perfectly Yours” are now “Perfectly Mine”. Pink and white pairs suits me fine. Makes me look better than I deserve. After almost a year – the two pairs of not-so-cheap Vanity Fair Perfectly Yours Traditional’s I invested in on a trial-basis, are just like new – continual washing and wearing has not worn my pairs out. There as been absolutely no lose of shape, feel or texture. Just the right material thickness and cut. No stretching or loss of shape during a day’s wear. They come off in the same shape they went on.What do I like best? Being 5’8″ /118 lbs – size 5 covers me from all aspects – especially around the waist, legs, bottom and wide crouch. Crouch is double lined – cotton/elastic – stays in place with comfort and confidence. The terrific elasticity must be something new – probably some big-word for it – but to me; all I care about is, it never loses it firm-but-soft feel. Always feeling like you are wearing nothing at all – but you know you are.Throw away all those uncomfortable pairs of designer underwear and get these – Freedom, comfort and quality awaits you.I’m sold, will be buying a couple of more pairs – not cheap – about the price for 1 pair you would pay for 5 pairs of other stuff.

Has some good features but too big
Elastic on waist is banded. Too bad the elastic on the leg openings are not banded too.One great plus to these briefs is that the crotch is nicely wide, essentially 3 inches long (at the smallest and lowermost part). However these seem to run big. I know it can depend on the brand and the style but normally a size 9 would be just about right for me and give me some extra room so that the briefs are not tight. These are way too big.I will have to try and return them and try ordering a size or two smaller.By the way the delivery time was wonderful. Got these no more than two days after I ordered them.I would recommend these but I don’t know how comfortable they are as I have not tried them and though they may be comfortable for just regular use, they may not be comfortable enough if you are exercising or are physically active.I also don’t know about whether their size changes if you launder them or if the material gets worn with regular washing. They seem to be of basically good quality though.I will update according to my findings.I ordered different styles of Vanity Fair briefs in size 7. The crotch is a good 3 inches wide on each which is good coverage but then the waist seems to be too small for me. I may have to keep trying to find the right size. Possibly size 8

  5. steve copeland

    Excellent! Super comfortable!
I can only wear cotton and ordered two sizes larger to allow for shrinkage, and I just love them! Very comfortable! Feels great on the skin and not tight at all. Will be buying more.

  6. Amazon Customer

    Too Big
Size 7 was perfect but the first ones were a huge size 9. I was told not to send them back. What do u want me to do. Send them back or give them away to one of the old ladies

Fit is good but some flaws have shown up.
I’m giving this a three star because even though I like the fit and the material I’ve had them since May, it is now September and some flaws have shown up. On two of the pairs the elastic at the legs are unraveling. I’ve never had this problem before. On another pair the knit above the crotch seam is unraveling. The material seems to be quality so maybe the stitching on this was bad, but it is three flaws in three pairs, something I have never had happen with Vanity Fair before. Before I’ve had to make my self throw some away because I had them for too many years and they were still holding up.

    Panties
Good, fits well. However this about a 3x, not 5x. 🙂this clothes are made in other places, so they sizes are true. A 5x would fit a small elephant.
